| The 2009 Interagency games, hosted by Vienna based organizations and held in Badkleinkirchheim, Austria |
Mar 06 2011 |
The 2009 games were held in the unpronounceable but very picturesque town of Badkleinkirchheim in Austria. The "Wellness" hotel was the perfect location for a darts tournament, combining lots of partying with naked sauna's (scary) and beer drinking in the spa. As usual, lots of fun was had by all. Chris and I also managed a day out with the girls of UPU in Ljubljana, Slovenia, then headed to Venice to fly home. The rest of the team also visited Ljubljana, extending their trip by a few days.

The 2007 IAG games were held at the end of May in Seefeld, Austria and were organised by IAEA. "Lucky" played football instead of darts this year therefore he can write much about the darts experience. What he can say is the location was very nice, the disco's were fun, the weather was Austrian and the football organising left something to be desired. However, this year the darts players had one of the best hotels in the town.
