Rino's - Efficent service and reasonable food, their special is the Spagetti al GamberoChinese - One fo the better Chinese, actually Malaysian Chinese, order the specials
Cestia's - One of the best fish restaurants in Rome, especially the Rombo, also does meat and Pizza.
La Viletta - Pizza, fresh Pasta and good Antipasta selection (but becareful not to order too much)
Al Callarello 81 - San Saba - Good food but very slow, good for a long lunch
Via Aventino 25, the best sandwidch bar in Rome. Ask for the Pizza Bianca Fantasia - its different everytime.

Order the antipasta, they normally offer about 18 dishes at a fixed price, also their fish is very good. Unfortunately very busy, after someone added it to their tourist guide book!!

At the beginning of via Cavour, on the corner of Via dell'Agnello and Via della Madonna Dei Monti. Probably the best lamb place in Rome.Very Small place, you must get there before 7:50 and they don't take bookings.We normally have the antipasta of meat and cheese, the lamb and the house wine.
